Warehouse Operative Role Overview:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, managing stock levels, and maintaining a tidy and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently pick and pack orders to ensure timely dispatch.
  2. Manage incoming deliveries and stock rotation.
  3. Maintain accurate stock records using our digital inventory system.
  4. Assist in general warehouse duties including goods in/out and stock replenishment.
  5. Drive company vans for local drop-offs at customer sites, ensuring timely and professional service.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Manual driving license essential - no more than 3 points.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A forklift truck reach experience is essential.
