Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan in Cardiff, South Wales, is seeking experienced Telehandler Drivers for housing development projects. You will operate telehandlers on busy construction sites, maintain safety standards, and work as part of a disciplined team starting 5th October 2026.

This long-term role offers steady work on a well-established construction team with ongoing assignments on housing sites. Valid CPCS or NPORS telehandler tickets and previous site experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket.
• Previous experience operating a telehandler on construction sites.
• Housing experience preferred.
• Good, experienced and reliable operator.
• Strong awareness of site health & safety.
• Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

O'Neill & Brennan are currently looking for experienced Telehandler Drivers this the Wiltshire area.

We have a range of ongoing and upcoming jobs, mainly on housing sites, that require Forklift Telehandler drivers who take pride in their work and have a strong understanding of working safely on a busy construction site.

Requirements
