Job summary

The Fox in Corby is seeking a Banksperson to join our busy manufacturing team. In this role you will support the forklift truck (FLT) driver, guide loads, and help keep the warehouse moving safely and efficiently.

You will work closely with the FLT operator to manage stacking and loading tasks while keeping safety at the forefront, contributing to smooth kiln logistics and a collaborative, proactive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Driver Partnership: Act as the FLT driver's right-hand person, guiding and navigating movements safely around the site.
• Load Management: Assist in keeping goods steady and secure while they are being transported on the forklift forks.
• Safe Stacking: Maintain clear communication with the FLT driver to enable the safe, precise stacking of saggers.
