Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence/certificate.
• Previous warehouse, yard or labouring experience preferred.
• Good understanding of health and safety.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks safely to load, unload and move materials.
• Load and unload deliveries from vehicles.
• Move stock, pallets and materials to designated areas.
• Perform general labouring duties and manual handling.
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch as required.
• Check deliveries and report damaged or missing items.
• Follow health and safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Assist other warehouse, production or site staff as needed.
• Carry out routine checks on the FLT and report faults.
• Maintain a safe, tidy and efficient working environment.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor or manager.
