Job summary

The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operative for the Nursling site. The role involves receiving, processing and dispatching metal parts, with required Sideloader and Counterbalance forklift licences. You will work in a team to maintain efficiency and accuracy while meeting daily targets.

The position operates 7:30am–4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Benefits include pension, 23–28 days leave, free parking, life assurance, EAP, GP service and more.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Sideloader and counterbalance forklift experience required.
• Positive attitude and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Goods inspection, cutting, deburring, picking and packing.
• Ensure stock is stored safely and logically.
• Maintain a safe warehouse environment and report hazards.
• Complete end-of-day checks and forklift pre-use checks.
• Use IT equipment, scanners and related software.
• Communicate with team leaders, supervisors and management.
• Aim to meet and exceed daily targets.
