Job summary

Motive Offshore Group specialises in design, manufacture, rental and inspection of marine and lifting equipment. This role, based in the UK, supports the manufacturing team in painting, housekeeping and day-to-day tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.

You’ll gain experience across workshop operations, supporting senior staff to keep equipment and operations running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• B1/B2/B3 tickets preferred, training can be given.
• Full UK Driving licence required.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Attention to detail and safety mindedness.
• Willingness to learn Motive Offshore Group processes.

Responsibilities

• Keep yard and workshop clean and organised to high standards.
• Assist in setup, testing and basic maintenance of equipment.
