Henderson Food Service is the leading supplier to the food service industry in Ireland. We source and supply a range of thousands of products to customers including hotels, restaurants, and public sector organisations such as hospitals and offices.

Working as Replenisher you will:

  1. Carry out safety check on forklift truck and fill in appropriate documentation. Report any faults to the member of the Management Team.
  2. Carry out put away moves in accordance with the FLT Process handbook, using RF scan gun and an input terminal linked to the warehouse management system.
  3. Carry out replenishment moves in accordance with the FLT Process handbook & using an input terminal linked to the warehouse management system.
  4. Implement a clean-as-you go policy, ensuring all shrink wrap and cardboard are disposed of appropriately.
  5. Place any damaged product during forklift operation in the damage area and notify the cleaner.
  6. Remove and record all damages from pick and detail the product and quantity to the Stock Control team.
  7. Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.

Skills for Success

Joining us as a Replenisher the minimum criteria you’ll need is:

  1. Previous experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  2. Valid Reach or VNA operator licence
  3. Relative RF scanner/WMS experience
  4. Experience of working in a variety of temperature-controlled environments

The Attributes you’ll need include:

  1. Experience of meeting performance targets
  2. Demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  3. Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  4. Able to work in temperature-controlled environment- chilled and frozen.

It is desirable if you have:

  1. Experience in receipt of goods
  2. Health and Safety awareness
  3. Manual handling trained
  4. Experience of warehouse management systems - (Voice Picking)
  5. Pick Truck trained - (LLOP valid licence)

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, working 4 shifts per week. Flexibility is required with regards to days and hours of work in line with business needs.
