Job summary

The Staffing Network Ltd is recruiting a Forklift Driver for a busy client based in Spalding. You will operate a forklift to transport materials, load and unload deliveries, and support warehouse operations in a long-term role with potential to go permanent.

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11. Shift: Days 07:00 - 18:00, flexible shifts especially weekends. Pay: £13.47 per hour. Own transport essential due to location.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid and in-date forklift licence.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, especially weekends.
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a racking warehouse environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles.
• Move products and materials to designated storage locations.
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to record stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
• Handle goods carefully to prevent damage during transportation and storage.
