Job summary

The Silver Crane Company Limited is seeking a Warehouse Operative to operate material handling equipment and support accurate shipping, receiving and storage operations. You will unload and load containers, pick items, and sort materials for efficient order assembly according to schedules.

Ideal candidates have a Flexi/Counterbalance license, 2 years warehousing experience, and can work a flexible shift in a fast-paced environment. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold Flexi/Counterbalance license (refresher within 3 years preferable).
• At least 2 years warehousing experience.
• Able to work a flexible shift schedule.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with a WMS system.
• Excellent English communication and team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment for unloading, loading, picking, and stacking products.
• Follow Health and Safety policies, PPE usage, and report hazards.
• Unloading/loading containers and articulated lorries.
• Sort materials by size, colour, type, batch, Best Before Date or product code.
• Arrange materials for order assembly and move items per schedules.
• Move materials within warehouse to shipping, production or storage areas.
• Fill requisitions and distribute items to production workers as required.
• Maintain housekeeping and assist supervisor as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
