Job description

My client is a world-leading manufacturer based in Inchinnan, renowned for their Scientific Research and Development in the industry. They provide their employees with resources and opportunities to make significant contributions to the world.

Position: Forklift Operator

This is initially a long-term temporary position, with the potential to become permanent after successful training and probation.

Salary: GBP 12.90 per hour

Working Hours: Day shift, 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour break (split into 30 min paid and 30 min unpaid)

Benefits: 28 days holidays (increasing to 33 days per annum), free parking, subsidised canteen, training and career development opportunities

Responsibilities:

1. Support manufacturing of company products
2. Follow established protocols, instructions, and scheduled tasks
3. Operate forklift trucks (must hold a valid forklift license, in-house licenses not accepted)
4. Perform warehouse work including goods in/out and heavy lifting
