You will be responsible for loading and unloading palletised goods from a variety of vehicles, ensure the upkeep of the warehouse is met and complete relevant paperwork ensure processes and procedures are followed.Key Responsibilities:

  • Using a Counterbalance to load and unload palletised goods from trailers, rigid vehicles and vans.
  • Using the warehouse system & scanner to receive, locate goods into the racking, pick & dispatch whilst handling all goods with care and attention.
  • Replenishing and consolidation of stock when required.
  • General housekeeping and upkeep of the warehousing area and equipment.
  • Completing any relevant paperwork in line with the warehouse processes to include reporting any defects.

    A current Counterbalance forklift license is preferred but inhouse training will be offered.
  • Previous experience of working within the pallet network industry.
  • Good communication and team working skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solution-driven and flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

    Competitive Salary: £27,343 per annum to £31,412 per annum, depending on hours worked.
  • Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 05:30hrs to 14:00hrs.
