Tom Orange Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative with a Reach truck license to join our logistics team in the UK. You will assist with loading, unloading, stock control, and shipping/receiving while maintaining high safety and accuracy standards.

The role requires an active forklift licence, warehouse experience, and the ability to work Monday to Thursday 2pm-midnight. Strong organisational and numerical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift truck licence is essential.
• Experience in a warehouse environment and knowledge of WMS.
• Ability to lift heavy loads safely.
• Good numerical skills for stock counts and data entry.
• Strong organisational skills and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklift trucks and other warehouse equipment safely to load, unload, and transport goods within the facility.
• Bail recyclable waste.
• Handle materials with care including loading/unloading lorries, pallets and containers.
• Assist with shipping and receiving, verifying deliveries against PO and packing lists.
• Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance checks for safety.
• Organise stock storage areas for optimal space utilisation.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
