Warehouse / Forklift Operative
Location: Maldon, Essex
Salary: £30,800 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4-week rotating shift pattern (Early / Days / Days / Lates)

Noble Recruiting are working on behalf of a long-standing client based in Maldon who are looking to expand their warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and supportive working environment in a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and regularly
• Completing daily FLT safety checks
• Picking and packing products efficiently and accurately
• Supporting the production teams by ensuring materials are readily available
• Using a computerised stock system and handheld scanners
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Reporting any damages or issues to the line manager promptly
• Ensuring all documentation is completed correctly for dispatch and deliveries
• Working collaboratively as part of a team

Person Specification:

• Must hold a valid, independent Counterbalance FLT licence
• Full and valid UK driving licence is essential
• Confident with both written and verbal communication
• Able to follow instructions and prioritise safety at all times
• Positive attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team
• Understanding of health and safety practices is beneficial
