Our client, a renowned supplier based in Crawley is seeking a skilled and dependable Forklift Operator & Warehouse Operative to join their team.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on position with a strong emphasis on forklift operation. You will be working with high-value products, so confidence, proven experience, and precision are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload high-value goods
• Ensure care and attention is maintained at all times when handling products
• Wrap and prepare pallets for dispatch
• Assist with general warehouse duties including stock movement and organisation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in forklift operation within a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Organised and self-motivated with the ability to work independently

The Package:

• Salary up to £27,300 DOE
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (early finish at 3:30pm on Fridays)
• Onsite parking
• 10% discretionary annual bonus
