Job summary

Gi Group (United Kingdom) is recruiting a skilled Forklift Counterbalance Driver for a PM shift in Sheldon/Yardley. You will safely operate a counterbalance truck to move, store and pick stock, with a focus on accuracy to minimise damage to stock and equipment.

The role offers £12.71 per hour, Monday to Friday, 7:00pm–12:00am. It is 70% forklift work and 30% general warehouse duties, including wrapping and preparing parcels for dispatch, and keeping areas tidy and safe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' counterbalance forklift experience (essential).
• Confident, competent forklift operator with a strong focus on safety and care.
• Experience using long fork attachments (highly desirable).
• Good understanding of container loading / space optimisation.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on a PM shift.

Responsibilities

Forklift Counterbalance Driver (PM Shift) - Sheldon/Yardley | £12.71 per hour

We're recruiting a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy operation in Sheldon/Yardley. This is a great opportunity for someone confident on a counterbalance truck who takes pride in safe, accurate handling to minimise damage to stock and equipment.

• £12.71 per hour

Shift pattern

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00pm - 12:00am (midnight)
