Forklift Field Service Engineer - Ipswitch, East Anglia

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Forklift Service Engineer to join our team in East Anglia. We are committed to excellence and have a strong reputation in the industry. We are looking for a talented individual to contribute to our success by delivering first-class forklift services.

As a Field Forklift Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on forklifts at client locations.
• Performing routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure optimal forklift operation.
• Executing repairs and component replacements on-site.
• Collaborating with clients to understand and meet their forklift service needs.
• Maintaining accurate service records.
• Providing technical assistance and guidance on forklift operation and maintenance best practices.

Qualifications required:

• Experience in the Automotive or Forklift industry in a similar role.
• Good product knowledge, including experience with forklift trucks, IC Engines, brake systems, hydraulics, and electrics.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
