Job summary

phs Group plc is hiring a Warehouse Operative in South Kirkby. The role is permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday with no scheduled weekends. The candidate should ideally hold a Counterbalance forklift licence or be willing to train for FLT and join our Washrooms, Healthcare and Floorcare divisions.

The team will handle stock, paperwork, and coordination with drivers while maintaining hygiene and safety standards across the branch.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance forklift licence or willingness to train for FLT.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relevant paperwork and stock records.
• Prepare stock for drivers and keep stock areas tidy.
• Carry out stock takes and assist Operations Manager as needed.
• Liaise with staff and ensure safety procedures are followed.
