Job summary

Pertemps Heathrow is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative for temporary work based in High Wycombe. You will operate a forklift safely, handle general warehouse duties and assist with stock movement and delivery loading and unloading.

The role requires a valid Counter Balance Forklift Licence, reliability, and the ability to work 7:00am–7:00pm, Monday to Friday. Candidates should be physically fit and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid Counter Balance Forklift Licence.
• Previous forklift driving and warehouse experience preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties.
• Moving and organising stock around the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Using a pump truck when required.
• Heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Loading and Unloading vehicles.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
