Forklift Operator - paying up to £28,500 per annum working Mon to Fri - 6am to 2pm & 1pm to 10pm (will rotate each week)- Based in Yate, South Glos - Benefits include 31 Days Holiday, Pension, onsite parking, Health Cash Plan, share scheme, Bonus

We have an excellent opportunity for a Forklift Operator to join our client who are a leading distributor of products for the building industry, based in Yate, South Gloucestershire. Working as part of a busy warehouse team and reporting to the shift supervisor, this role would suit someone who has previous experience of material handling and holds a current Combi lift FLT licence or Counterbalance licence (will be put through a conversion course).

Duties of the Forklift / Warehouse Operator will involve:

• Loading & unloading vehicles


• Putting stock away


• Picking orders and preparing goods for despatch


• Packing goods


• Material Handling

The successful candidate will have experience of working with wood, steel, aluminium or similar products, have strong numeracy and literacy skills (will be working with varying product codes) and good attention to detail. In addition you will enjoy working as part of a small and busy team.
