Warehouse Operative(Forklift experience required)
Temp to Perm
Wellingborough
Sunday to Thursday 2pm-10pm

About the Role:
I am recruiting for a reliable and self-motivated Warehouse Operator to join my clients team in wellingborough. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, be comfortable working at heights, and have a strong understanding of pick, pack, and dispatch processes. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
Perform pick, pack, and dispatch duties with accuracy.
Use handheld scanners and computers for inventory tracking.
Label cartons and re-stack pallets as required.
Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure warehouse safety standards are met.

Key Requirements:
Forklift license and experience. (Can be trained in house where required).Ideally VNA experience
Comfortable working at heights.
Experience with pick, pack, and dispatch operations.
Confident using handheld scanners and computers.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
Self-motivated, trustworthy, and detail oriented.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
