Overview

The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK. We are hiring experienced Forklift Drivers to work on Day shift in a chilled warehouse environment with Counterbalance and Reach experience (desirable) for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. Own transport essential.

Schedule and Location

• Shift: 5 days out of 7
• Hours: 07:00-18:00
• Work Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire (In person)
• Pay rate: £13.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklifts to move materials and products safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring accurate stock handling and storage.
• Conduct daily safety checks on forklifts and report any faults.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures.

What We\'re Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
