Job description

The Role...

Whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on the customer experience. Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time, and payment met with a smile. While creating a helpful and friendly customer experience, we will be thinking of new ways to reward, develop, and invest in you. You’ll receive all the training, support, and opportunities you need. Think of it as a down-to-earth place to work, where you get to go up in the world.

Whatever the day brings, safety will be your priority. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a forklift. As part of the shopfloor team, you will assist in restocking from at-height storage and safely unloading delivery lorries. You will ensure that the vehicle is loaded correctly, supporting paperwork is carried out, and that the vehicle is driven and maintained to the appropriate standards at all times.

About you...

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.

It is essential to hold an appropriate driving certification; please highlight this skill on your CV.
