Job summary

Proactive Personnel Ltd is seeking experienced FLT Drivers (Counterbalance & Reach) for an ongoing warehouse role with full-time agency employment. You will operate forklifts, load/unload deliveries, and move stock in a busy warehouse environment.

The role requires valid Counterbalance and Reach licences, reliability, and the flexibility to work rotating days, afternoons, and nights. Own transport is essential for location access and shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance & Reach FLT licences (essential).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Own transport essential due to shift patterns and location.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading lorries and deliveries.
• Moving stock within warehouse racking systems.
• Supporting general warehouse operative duties when required.
• Following all health and safety regulations.
