Job Description:

We are recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our client’s busy logistics depot in Northampton. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with long-term work available for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Unloading trunks and loading delivery vehicles.
• Picking and preparing goods for 2nd trips.
• Supporting with general warehouse duties.
• Scanning stock into the warehouse and placing in designated racking areas.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

The Person:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (from a recognised training provider).
• Previous experience in a busy warehouse/logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Good team player with a reliable and positive attitude.
