Job Opportunity: Forklift Driver Location: Witney, Oxfordshire Shifts: Day or Night (Fixed) Salary: £14.30/hour + Overtime at x1.5 Start Date: Immediate

Your Role:
- Efficiently move products within the yard and warehouse.
- Unload stock from delivery vehicles with precision.
- Safely load finished products onto trailers for customer delivery.
- Handle stock manually and record movements in the company's stock control systems.
- Collaborate across all areas of the assembly line and contribute to production.
About You:
- You hold an in-date or recently expired forklift license (Counterbalance, Reach, or Combi).
- Physically fit and capable of manual labor.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Open to learning all production aspects and working hands-on beyond forklift operations.
- Experience with hand tools (preferred but not essential).
- Computer literate and tech-savvy.

- Full training provided, with opportunities to progress to higher pay bands.
- Choose between fixed day or night shifts:
- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday (06:00-15:00), Friday (06:00-12:00)
- Night Shift: Monday to Thursday (16:45-03:15)
