Job Title: Forklift Driver

Salary: 15ph - 17ph
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, move, and store goods safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach truck, or other types as applicable) in a safe and effective manner.

• Load and unload goods from lorries or storage areas.

• Move products to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks.

• Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.

• Keep accurate records of stock movement and inventory.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

• Report any equipment faults or safety concerns immediately.

• Assist with general warehouse duties when required.

Requirements:

Essential:

• Valid forklift license (e.g. RTITB, ITSSAR, OSHA or equivalent).

• Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or similar environment.

• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Desirable:

• Experience with stock management systems (e.g. WMS).

• Additional licenses for other material handling equipment (e.g. pallet truck, cherry picker).

Working Conditions:

• May involve shift work, weekend work, or overtime.

• Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Physically demanding role, involving standing, lifting, and moving heavy loads.
