Job description

Forklift Drivers - £14.45/hr

Salary: £14.45 per hour (inclusive of £1.56 holiday pay)

Shift Patterns: 11pm - 7am

Start date: ASAP

About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to support our client’s operations in Wellingborough. In this role, you will be required to:

• Facilitate the movement of products through the factory, ensuring they are ready for dispatch to the warehouse.
• Assemble packaging and pack products in line with technical standards and customer requirements.
• Visually inspect products and finished packs to ensure all specifications, codes, and quality standards are met.
• Stack finished products on high-quality pallets, following the correct pallet configuration.
• Complete required online checks as instructed by the Line Minder or Manager.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Operate in line with Health and Safety regulations.
• Participate in performance discussions.
