Job Title: FLT Driver (Reach & Counterbalance) Location: Skelmersdale (WN8 9PE) Pay Rate: 15.13 per hour Overtime Rate: 22.69 per hour (after 40 hours) Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating both Counterbalance and Reach forklift trucks to move pallets efficiently and safely throughout the warehouse.
• Managing stock by completing put-aways, replenishing lines, and preparing pallets for dispatch.
• Assisting with other general warehouse duties as required, including some manual lifting.

What We're Looking For:

• A valid, in-date Counterbalance and Reach truck license with a minimum of 6 months of practical experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work both the early and late rotating shifts.
• Strong communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
