Immediate Starts Available Full-Time Roles Temp-to-Perm

We are recruiting Warehouse Order Pickers for a busy logistics site at London Gateway, Stanford-le-Hope. This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates seeking long-term, full-time employment in a well-established business.

Job Details:

• Shifts: Late Shifts Start between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM
• AM shifts 5am, 7am, 8am starts
• Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
• 9-hour shifts with 1-hour break
• Overtime available
• Temp-to-Perm Full-time employment after 3-month agency probation
• Duties Include:
• Order picking
• Palletising goods
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• In-house Forklift training available (Counterbalance, Reach, & Man-Up Truck refresher training & assessments depending on site)

Pay Rates:

PM Starts (Late Shift):

• GBP13.00 per hour (During Probation)
• GBP14.15 per hour (After Probation)

AM Startss

GBP12.21 per hour During probation

GBP12.29 after probation

Overtime:

• Paid at flat rate during probation
• GBP17.86 per hour after probation

Who We re Looking For:

• Candidates with order picking, forklift, or warehouse operations experience
• Hard-working, reliable, and looking for full-time permanent work
• Must have own transport or live locally to London Gateway Port due to site location
