Forde Recruitment, a leading provider of industrial staff throughout South Yorkshire is currently seeking experienced Counter Balance FLT Driver on behalf of a Manufacturer and Distribution of Magnets in Sheffield (S9). As a Counter Balance FLT Driver, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation in our client's busy warehouse and despatch unit.

Counter Balance Truck Driver Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving goods around site
• Preparing stock for distribution

Please note that this role involves stock location and sorting, which may require heavy lifting and moving within a large warehouse environment. Loading and unloading may also occur outside of the Yard gates.

Counter Balance Truck Driver Requirements

• Valid and in-date counterbalance truck licence.
• Valid and in-date drivers license
• Previous experience operating forklift trucks in a warehouse setting
• Adequate physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently and safely within a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience working in despatch is advantageous

Please note you will be expected to work late than the above hours when necessary

This position would become permanent for the right candidate after 13 weeks.
