Forklift Driver - Aspatria £14.34 per hour (including holiday pay) Monday to Friday | Temp to Perm Opportunity

Driver Hire Carlisle are recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver on behalf of one of our long-standing clients in Aspatria. We supply this client all year round and have already made several permanent placements - offering excellent long-term prospects for the right person.

The role will begin with manual labour for the first couple of weeks, before moving into full forklift duties, so a hands-on approach is important.

Key Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:00


• Pay: £14.34 per hour (holiday pay included)


• Overtime: Paid at a premium after 48 hours


• Future shift pattern: May switch to a 4 on 4 off rota (2 days, 2 nights)


• Great potential for permanent employment

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence


• Willing to carry out manual work during the initial period


• Reliable, punctual, and committed


• Strong attitude to health & safety and teamwork
