Join our client, a leading manufacturing company, as an FLT Driver/Production Operative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a Counterbalance FLT, unloading and loading pallets of raw meat, operating machinery, and maintaining hygiene standards. You will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure all standards and housekeeping are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a Counterbalance FLT to unload and load pallets from lorries.
• Operate machinery, including mixers and power washers.
• Feed materials onto production lines.
• Carry out quality checks and complete associated paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Work as part of a team, ensuring all standards and housekeeping are maintained.
• Some manual handling may be required.

What we're looking for:

- Current FLT licence (Note: You will be required to undertake and pass an FLT assessment).

• Experience operating a Counterbalance FLT.
• Basic machine operating experience.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Working Pattern:

- Contract Type: Temporary, with the possibility of long-term career progression.

- Hourly Rate: £12.78

- Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm/7pm-7am.
