Job summary

Just Temps is recruiting an experienced Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a well-established business on the outskirts of Ipswich, Suffolk. The role is initially temporary for up to 12 weeks with a view to permanent for the right candidate.

You will operate a Counterbalance forklift, palletise goods, and support general warehouse duties including loading and unloading of large items. Monday to Friday day shifts, pay rate £15.38 - £17.95 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as forklift driver or warehouse operative.
• Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative - Just Temps is currently recruiting for an experience Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a well-established business based in the outskirts of Ipswich, Suffolk.

You will be supporting the warehouse operations of the business by handing large, heavy items and palletising. You will be operating the Forklift, stacking at various heights and lifting items. Working hours are Monday - Friday, day shift patterns and the pay rate is £15.38 - £17.95 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Duties

• General warehouse duties and supporting warehouse team with loading and unloading of large and bulky goods
• Sending orders ready for despatch
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently

Requirements

• Ability to handle heavy lifting, loading, and unloading of large or bulky goods
• Hold a valid, accredited Counterbalance Forkliftaccredited licences - this is essential
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle - this is essential
