FLT OPERATIVE(S)

TEMPORARY – 12 weeks +

Location: HORNCASTLE

Rate: £15.44 per hour

Shift Pattern: 12-hour Continental Shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off)

Are you an experienced Forklift Truck Driver seeking a new opportunity?

We are looking for experienced Forklift Truck (FLT) Drivers to join our busy and dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting finished products from the factory to designated stock locations across the site. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in a warehouse environment and enjoy working in a fast-paced, varied role that includes outdoor work. The role also involves manual tasks such as pallet splitting and wrapping, making it suitable for individuals who are hands-on and physically active. Full PPE and ongoing training will be provided.

Personal Specifications for FLT Operative:

• Valid FLT licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse or goods-in environment
• Maths and English qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities for FLT Driver:

• Always work safely, ensuring your safety and that of others
• Follow all Safe Systems of Work
• Wear and use the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
• Put away materials and goods into designated locations
• Store materials safely and in a controlled manner
