Job summary

Siamo Recruitment is seeking a Forklift Operator for a client on the outskirts of Bristol. You will handle aerospace products, perform quality checks before dispatch, and locate stock while maintaining tidy work areas.

Experience in a frozen environment and at least 1 year in a warehouse are required. Counterbalance B1 and Reach Truck licences are preferred, with training available for the missing licence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a warehouse position.
• Counterbalance B1 and Reach Truck licences preferred; training can be provided on the other.

Siamo Recruitment is currently looking for a Forklift Operator to join our client in Bristol in a temp-to-perm position.

Job Opportunity

Working for a major manufacturing name located on the outskirts of Bristol city centre, to work as a forklift operator. You will be taking responsibility for handling aerospace products. Working in a modern environment, with a good assessment and training structure to help you integrate into your new role. You will be spending between 10-15 minutes per day in a freezer environment, so experience is essential working in this environment.

Key Responsibilities and experience

• Quality checking products to ensure correctness prior to dispatch.
• Handling products with care and locating stock into the appropriate areas.
• Ensuring that working areas are always clean and tidy at all times.
• MUST have great computer literacy.
• MUST have experience working in a frozen environment.
• At least 1 year experience in a warehouse position
• Counterbalance B1 AND Reach Truck licence preferred. If only one, training can be provided on the other.

Working Hours

7:30AM - 4PM. 5 days a week.

Pay

£13.77 with attractive overtime pay/rates.
