Job Title: Forklift Drivers
VNA, Reach Truck Driver
(Need licence, will accept in date for: VNA/Reach/Counterbalance)

Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire

Pay Rate: 12.96 - 14.18 per hour

Shift Patterns: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated VNA and Reach Truck Drivers to join our client's dynamic warehouse team in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity to become a vital part of a fast-paced and efficient logistics operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating VNA and Reach trucks safely and efficiently for the storage and retrieval of goods in narrow aisles and at height.
• Operating PPTs for the movement of pallets and goods within the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring accurate documentation and safe handling of goods.
• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting with goods in and quality control procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve daily targets.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Valid and current VNA licence is essential.
• Valid and current Reach Truck licence is essential
• Proven experience operating PPTs.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to health and safety.
• Reliable and punctual.
