Forklift Driver | Temporary contract till end of October 2025 | Sheffield S9
Immediate Start
£15 – £16 per hour

7am to 3:30pm
Must have proven forklift licence

Are you an experienced Forklift Driver looking to join a fast-paced and supportive working environment? We are working on behalf of a well-established organisation who are looking to add a skilled Forklift Operator to their team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring materials and goods are moved smoothly and safely throughout the site and will be working alongside a hardworking and friendly team, with the chance to develop your skills in a professional and forward-thinking environment!

What we’re looking for:

  • Valid forklift licence
  • Manual handling training or experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse, factory or logistics environment
  • A good understanding of health and safety practices
  • A proactive and reliable team player
  • Flexible attitude towards shifts and overtime when needed

The finer elements of the role include:

  • Operate forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck) safely and effectively
  • Load and unload goods from vehicles and storage areas
  • Transport materials to designated areas on site
  • Carry out daily equipment checks and report any faults
  • Support warehouse and production teams with manual handling when required
  • Maintain accurate records of goods moved using paperwork or digital systems
  • Ensure stock is stored and rotated correctly
