Job description

We are looking to hire a Forklift Driver at our Cumbernauld Site to undertake roles such as picking, dispatching goods, palletising finished products, and other tasks in a busy, clean environment.

We seek candidates with a flexible approach who can undertake a variety of production duties. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing training as needed.

Successful candidates will be expected to:

1. Pick and dispatch finished goods.
2. Unload materials safely upon delivery.
3. Maintain product quality through inspection and quality checks to meet customer specifications.
4. Ensure high standards of housekeeping and health & safety are maintained at all times.
5. Demonstrate good numeracy and literacy skills.
6. Help maintain hygiene and cleanliness of equipment and all areas on site.
7. Work well with others and demonstrate teamwork when required.
8. Perform other tasks on site outside of production duties.
9. Maintain good timekeeping and be willing to work rotational shifts (Day/Backshift, possibly night shift) and overtime if required.

Shift Pattern and Pay:

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts:

• Day Shift: 6am - 2pm
• Backshift: 2pm - 10pm (rotational weekly)
