Job summary

STEM Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an FLT Operative for a site in Edinburgh. This is a temp-to-perm role with various shifts including days and backshift rotations.

Key duties include operating a forklift to move stock, handling storage racks, picking/packing, finishing products to standard, and reporting faults to maintenance. The role requires proactive warehouse maintenance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or production setting.
• Ability to move stock safely and efficiently around the site.
• Experience picking and packing finished goods and raw materials.

Responsibilities

At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who are looking to recruit a FLT Operative based in Edinburgh.

This is a temp to perm position

Shifts Patterns Available

• 1 x Dayshift 8am - 4.30pm
• 1 x Early and backshift rotation: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm

Duties will include:

• Operating a FLT to move stock from stores to production.
• Storage racking and process equipment.
• Picking and packing finished goods and raw materials.
• Finishing products to a consistently high standard.
• Participate in the production process
• Reporting equipment faults to maintenance staff.
• Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse to ensure operational efficiency.
