The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator (Reach & Counterbalance) to join a busy warehouse team in Parkhead, Glasgow.

This is a temporary ongoing role with consistent full-time hours and a great working environment-ideal for someone seeking long-term stability within a warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving stock and organising pallets in racking
• Performing general warehouse duties, including manual handling and heavy lifting
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly workspace
• Using handheld scanners or completing basic paperwork when needed

Requirements

• Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences (up to date)
• Recent forklift driving experience (Reach and Counterbalance)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual warehouse tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of workplace health & safety

Shift Details

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekend work required
