365 People are hiring for a leading Pallet Network client in the Fradley area, who specialise in Palletised Goods. We are currently looking for a skilled FLT Driver with double-decker experience to join our team on the night shift.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and reliable FLT Driver with specific expertise in loading / unloading double-decker trailers. The role involves working on the night shift to assist in the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics functions. You will be responsible for safely moving goods, managing stock, and ensuring inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate a Counterbalance FLT to load, unload, and move goods throughout the warehouse.
2. Ensure the safe and efficient handling of products in high-volume areas.
3. Allocating pallets into bays.
4. No handballing (maybe minimal).
5. Outside working.
6. Maintain a high level of health and safety standards at all times.
7. Conduct pre-shift checks and report any mechanical faults or safety concerns.
8. Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to meet operational goals.
9. Adhere to all company procedures, policies, and industry regulations.

Key Requirements:

1. Valid FLT license Counterbalance.
2. Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT to unload / load double-decker trailers in a warehouse or distribution environment.
3. Previous experience working the night shift in a similar role is highly desirable.
4. Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
6. Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
7. A proactive and reliable approach to work.

Shift Pattern:

1. Night Shift: 20:00 PM to 4/5:00 AM.
2. Overtime opportunities available.
