Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: Lichfield, Fradley Park
Salary: £15 per hour
Job Type: 12 Week Temp 2 Perm
Start Date: ASAP

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN THE PALLET DISTRIBUTION INDUSTRY TO BE CONCIDEDED FOR THIS JOB

We’re seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our busy logistics team in Lichfield, Fradley Park. If you have a keen eye for safety, a strong work ethic, and take pride in what you do, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift trucks (Counterbalance) safely and efficiently
• Load and unload double decker trailers curtain side and move them around the warehouse or yard
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements
• Support warehouse operations as required
• Conduct daily vehicle and equipment checks
• Adhere to health & safety procedures and site protocols

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (in-house or RTITB/ITSSAR accredited)
• Previous experience in a busy warehouse or logistics environment
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious approach
