Job description

Our client based in Barnstaple has a vacancy for a Forklift and Telehandler Operator. Candidates must possess a current forklift counterbalance certificate and a telehandler licence.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, in a waste and recycling environment.

Responsibilities include unloading containers of recyclable waste and transferring materials to a sorting and baling area. The successful candidate will also be trained to operate baling machinery.

Work involves outdoor conditions in all weather, as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be health and safety compliant, reliable, and proactive.

Pay rate is £13.26 per hour PAYE, with an additional £1.60 per hour holiday pay, totaling £14.86 per hour on PAYE Advanced. You can choose the model that suits you best.
