Job summary

Currys plc in Carmarthen is seeking a Fork Lift Truck Driver for a fixed-term, full-time position. You will operate MHE on site, load and unload deliveries, and transport technology products to ensure smooth warehouse operations. A valid FLT licence and manual handling experience are required.

You will join a team focused on accuracy, safety, and timely processing to support customer deliveries and lofty service standards across the Centre.

Role overview

Fork Lift Truck Driver, Carmarthen, Carmarthen Customer Service Centre, Fixed Term Contract, Full Time, Grade 2, Shift Pattern : shifts over 8 days ( 39 working hours per week), Salary : 26,911.56

As a Forklift Truck Driver, youll be working to the highest standard to keep our warehouse operation running smoothly. You wont do it alone though; youll work together to get our customers technology ready to be delivered. It takes precise organisation to deliver results in our busy warehouse, and youll be key to making it happen.

As part of this role, youll be responsible for:

• Operating MHE equipment efficiently on site


• Loading and unloading deliveries as they arrive and depart


• Transporting our technology products and keeping them safe

Working here requires skill and dedication. Youll be working with a team of experts to get the job done, ensuring the latest technology is ready for our customers.

You will need:

• Relevant qualification and previous experience of operating a FLT


• Experience of manual handling


• Strong communication and time management
