We are seeking a candidate with 15+ years of experience in IT, including 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. The candidate should have experience in designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

The role involves:

1. Implementation and support experience for medium to large-scale customers across various industry verticals.
2. Playing an active role in project execution and demonstrating strong technical skills.
3. Understanding clients' business environments, mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, and proactively suggesting alternatives when required.

Additional requirements include:

• Being a self-starter with strong organizational skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience is mandatory.
• CISSP certification is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Key Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), Identity Manager (IDM), Access Manager (AM), Directory Services (DS), and related components.
• Experience with LDAP concepts, directories like Active Directory, ForgeRock Directory Services, and migration/upgradation of ForgeRock solutions.
• Deployment knowledge in high availability environments, clustering, and cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock SDK, customizing/extending solutions, and integrating with backend systems and reporting platforms.
• Proficiency in web services (SOAP, REST, JSON), Java/J2EE, XML, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially GCP, and related tools like GCS, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of authentication protocols, OAuth, and security certificates.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of strong IAM implementation experience.
• Customer-facing exposure is essential.
• CISSP certification is advantageous.
