Job summary

Forged Solutions Group in Blaenavon is seeking an Inspector to ensure product conformity to customer specifications by applying the Method of Manufacture (MoM). You will work as part of a team to meet KPI targets and perform manual and visual inspections.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as an inspector within a similar industry.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product to MoM to ensure conformity with customer specifications.
• Record results on standard template for traceability and review.
• Ensure test equipment is calibrated and inform Quality if issues arise.
• Serialise product for traceability of parts.
• Perform SPC analysis as required.
• Highlight non-conformances to Quality and support quality improvements.
• Transport product using FLT as necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Support Health & Safety culture by following PPE and safety procedures.
