Are you passionate about outdoor learning and inspiring children through nature? We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Forest School Leader to join our team and deliver engaging, child-led sessions that support personal development, resilience, and a love for the outdoors.

Job Vacancy: Forest School Leader - Primary School
Location: Padiham
Hours: Full-time
Contract: Temporary to start with

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver Forest School sessions for pupils across the primary age range, with a focus on EYFS and KS1
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating outdoor learning environment
  • Promote children\'s confidence, independence, and teamwork through nature-based activities
  • Work closely with teaching staff to integrate Forest School principles into the wider curriculum
  • Maintain and develop the outdoor learning space
What We\'re Looking For
  • Hold a recognised Forest School qualification (Level 3 preferred)
  • Have experience working with children in an educational or outdoor setting
  • Are passionate about child-led learning and the natural environment
  • Are confident in risk assessment and outdoor safety procedures
