Job summary

Daisy Fays Truro in Cornwall is seeking a dedicated Early Years practitioner to deliver high-quality EYFS experiences, supporting children in a thriving Forest School and outdoor learning environment.

You will nurture children’s development with child-led activities, collaborate with families across Truro, and contribute to a supportive, ambitious nursery culture within a well-established setting.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience working in an Early Years setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality EYFS experiences that inspire learning and development.
• Support children's development through child-led activities and Forest School.
• Build partnerships with families across Truro and nearby communities.
• Work with a large, experienced team of childcare professionals.
• Support safeguarding, care and education standards.
