TeacherActive are proud to be working in partnership with a truly unique and inspirational nature-based nursery and pre-school for children aged 0 5 years.

About the Nursery

What We re Looking For

We are seeking passionate, motivated, and experienced Early Years Educators and Qualified Teachers who:

• Are qualified with a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (EYE) or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• Have a deep understanding of child development from birth to five years

• Thrive outdoors in all weather conditions, embracing the seasons with enthusiasm

• Are creative and energetic, using nature as a canvas for imaginative teaching and play

• Are committed to nurturing and inspiring young children to become confident, independent learners

• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Bring with them a sense of humour, wonder, and a willingness to get muddy!

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on your qualifications and experience, but may include:

• Creating a stimulating, safe, and inclusive environment for all children

• Planning and delivering exciting, outdoor-based learning experiences that support the EYFS curriculum

• Observing and tracking children s development, identifying next steps, and working closely with families

• Acting as a positive role model, leading by example with enthusiasm and integrity

• Supporting the emotional and physical wellbeing of all children

• Contributing to the continuous development of the setting through innovative ideas and teamwork

• Opportunities for leadership roles available for the right candidates
