Forest Holidays Limited is seeking a Facilities Assistant at Blackwood Forest to maintain cabins, perform basic repairs and decorating, and support the operations team. You will ensure guest cabins are safe and welcoming, using tools as needed and communicating clearly with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of using tools, fixing machinery and decorating.
• Able to respond to issues promptly and communicate with guests.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and repair work to keep cabins in good order.
• Complete basic decorating and upkeep tasks to high standards.
• Respond quickly to maintenance issues and resolve them using basic tools.
• Follow brand standards to ensure Forest Feeling from the moment guests arrive.
